Established Jacksonville-based rock cover band seeks a versatile lead singer to front the group. Most music that we do is heard on Planet Radio 107.3 with some older songs, but we mostly concentrate on the newer rock songs.

Looking for a committed and enthusiastic singer, male or female, with a nice range to emulate the many artists that we cover.  A plus would be if you can also play guitar or keys, but it's not required. We aim to play in the Jacksonville area three to four weekends per month, possibly with an occassional gig during the week. This is a paying situation and you can expect to earn $75-150 per performance.

I have been singing for over twenty yrs  and have a 4 octive range.  I can do any style of music but I noticed you guys play planet music...  which is OK  if you want to play at the beach for like you said 150.00    I'm looking for a band that wants to make serious money. Did you know you can make between 2-10,000  for weddings and convention but you have to be willing to do the right kind of music.  Dance  Music..   like what you hear in clubs is where the big bucks are . You can still mix in some planet stuff  but Dance is wherethe money is ..If you guys are open minded and want to give it a try call me, you won't find a better singer but I'm not giong to rip my throat out for 150.00

Hey Dennis. Name's Bobby, and until recently I was the front man for a Jax-based metal band called Aeva. I sang originals with them for almost a year, but then the typical band drama ensued. Bunch of youngsters, they are. I've been a singer for the majority of my life, although not professionally. I have a strong voice and am pretty familiar with modern music. As far as covers go, I'm not USED to doing them, but have no problem with it. I've been able to successfully cover many 3 Doors Down, Nine Inch Nails, and Nirvana songs, as well as Pearl Jam, Godsmack, Sevendust, and a few others.
